The Adventures in Teaming staff facilitate organizations to develop trust and a sense of teaming and collaboration among staff. Activities typically involve small groups and challenges the participants physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Activities are used to promote team building, leadership, and problem solving skills, the low elements and initiatives require group commitment, communication, and participation to complete. Participants will use these skills to achieve group goals. Trained staff conduct programs geared towards organizational needs. We can provide anywhere from two hour to half-day sessions.
